This 10-year-old single malt, triple distilled for smoothness, undergoes a meticulous maturation process. Initially aged in a blend of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks for 7.5 years, it then undergoes a unique finishing period in rare Cognac casks for an additional 2.5 years.
