Aged exclusively in fine grain Tronçais oak casks, the aromas of the wood are imparted upon the spirit, giving it a fruity character. Since 1715, Martell Cognacs have selected the finest grapes from the Borderies cru, the smallest in the region.
Colour: Warm and coppery, golden reflections.
Nose: Mirabelle plum, apricot, yellow melon, mixed with subtle notes of wood and delicate spices.
Palate: Surprisingly rich and fruity, yet delicate and well-balanced.
